We sell a live product, our returns policy is a little different from standard retail items and we are unable to accept routine returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos where helpful. We will review each case fairly and do our best to resolve genuine issues promptly.
