Returns & refunds
We sell a live product, our returns policy is a little different from standard retail items and we are unable to accept routine returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos where helpful. We will review each case fairly and do our best to resolve genuine issues promptly.

Live Calci Worms are perishable, so we cannot usually accept returns once they have been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, delayed, incorrect or unusable, email us with your order details and a photo where helpful.
Superfrass products can be returned unopened within 14 days. Refunds are reviewed fairly and issued through the original payment method where appropriate.
