Returns & refunds
We sell a live product, our returns policy is a little different from standard retail items and we are unable to accept routine returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos where helpful. We will review each case fairly and do our best to resolve genuine issues promptly.
If something is wrong with your order, email hello@thehappyhenco.co.uk as soon as possible. Include your order number, a short description and a photo where it would help us understand the problem. We will review it quickly and fairly.
Live Calci Worms are perishable, so we cannot usually accept a routine return after dispatch. If they arrive damaged, delayed, incorrect or unusable, contact us so we can agree an appropriate replacement or refund.
Superfrass products can be returned unopened within 14 days. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Customers are responsible for the return postage on ordinary unopened-product returns. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method.
